At Urban Nomad, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of everything we create. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Return Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

 

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

•  Vinyl records

•  Books and printed publications

•  Custom or made-to-order items

•  Limited-edition items marked “Final Sale”

•  Gift cards

•  Digital products

•  Clearance or final sale items

 

How to Start a Return

​

Submit a request through our Return Portal or contact customer support. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided for domestic orders. Pack and return the item using the provided label.

 

Refunds

​

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

 

Exchanges

​

Exchanges are offered for the same item in a different size or color when available. If the item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.

 

Store Credit

​

Store credit is issued digitally and does not expire.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

​

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue quickly.

 

International Orders

​

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Duties and taxes are not refundable.
